I’m probably a bit biased because I really value quick customer service, but this was frustrating. I messaged them about my order and waited days without getting a proper reply. I tried following up too, and still didn’t get anything helpful back. It’s annoying when all you want is a simple update and it feels like nobody is really answering. Personally, I wouldn’t order from them again if their support is this slow

The bottle showed up tightly sealed, and there wasn’t any mess or leaking when I opened the package. Pretty much all I was hoping for.

I ordered from Thepoppershop and I was a bit stressed about it, mainly because I felt pressured to get it sorted quickly and didn’t want the parcel turning up with leaks everywhere. Thankfully the bottles had proper seals and everything arrived clean, which was a relief.
One of the caps was a little stiff to open, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall I’m happy enough with the order and would probably use them again...
